THE DRINKS
Devised by Rosa, the drinks menu has a strong focus on independent beer and spirits suppliers. The latest cocktail offering came to fruition after a year spent engaging with our patrons — from the Hot House Marg, featuring El Rayo tequila infused with fresh cucumber, Granny Smith apples and jalapeños, to the Guava Island, where Plantation Pineapple Rum is mixed with lychee, guava and cardamom. She aimed to bring a fresh take to our list while still keeping guests’ favourites in mind.
The wine list also got a spin, working with exciting new producers to complement this next stage of our food offering, such as the Kiwi Selection Massale, Argentina’s Cara Sur, and France’s Albert de Conti. Expect a full range of flavours, with a continued strong focus on natural, organic and biodynamic wines.
