• Our team works Tuesday to Sunday so for any lost property please reach out to howl@themarqueemoon.uk. We do our best to get back to you as soon as we can but bear in mind this inbox receives high traffic emails.

  • Please do! Just bear in mind that things can get lively in the evenings from around 8-9pm once the DJs are on (around 2pm on Sundays but it's quieter), so if your pup isn’t a fan of loud music or a busy bar, it might be best to plan your time here accordingly.

  • Kids are welcome every day until 9pm.

  • The ground floor is accessible, however we don’t have an accessible toilet. Our cocktail lounge is only accessible by stairs.

  • Nope! We're a free-entry, non-ticketed venue!

  • Our menu has V, VG, GF and celiac options.

  • Whether you're coming in for food, drinks or both, we recommend booking in advance to secure your space but we always welcome walk-ins subject to capacity. If you want to book for a group of 18+, please email bookings@themarqueemoon.uk

  • Yes, we can host up to 40 people, sit down meals and have set menus available to cater for most needs.

  • We’re open to it, depending on the date and vibe. Your best bet is to get in touch with us at bookings@themarqueemoon.uk and we’ll see what we can do.

  • We are a pub after all so unfortunately we don't have a cloakroom. There are plenty of hooks dotted around tables and bar for your jackets.

  • As agreed at the time of the booking, we require cancellation/major changes to your booking to be requested via OpenTable more than 48hrs before the reservation. Failing to do so will result in a charge of £15 per person accredited to the card provided or deposit be kept on hold for 18+ groups. We can also accept reaching out via email but not via phone number - so can make sure we have a time and date easy to track to make sure you don’t get unfairly charged.
