Under the direction of Executive Chef, New Zealand native and childhood friend of Eugene, Huri Rapana Neil, diners can look forward to a creative take on British pub classics with East Asian accents, loosely paying homage to the culture of Thai food in English boozers. Huri’s culinary experience includes Portobello 177 as Executive Chef, as well as The Bull, prior to which he spent eight years setting up cult sandwich delis in Auckland including the much loved brand Hero Sandwich House.

The sharing style menu takes inspiration from south, southeast and east Asia, drawing on bright, bold flavours and ingredients largely from India, Thailand, and China.
